What is ASPS?

ASPS is a nonprofit association founded in 1979 in Rome, with the solely intent of discovering new forms of propulsion really alternate to rocketry. Conventional astronautics, after almost 50 years from historic Moon landing, hasn't been capable yet to set a permanent outpost on our Moon.
ASPS, which in Italian means "Association for Space Propulsion Development", in 1992 invented an electromagnetic propellantless thruster called PNN that can revolutionize space exploration. After more than 20 years of experimentation, the engine is close to its practical application.
